Simple. Perfect. Change to Black List by tapping the tiny mode text which will say "White List" at the very top of your list of apps. Once changed to White List, tick apps which you DONT want to access internet, either on 3G/4G or WiFi.

Still blocks done apps from connecting to the Internet even after checking them to be allowed. Apps like Chrome, BBM, Email. It used to work well before I upgraded the phone from 4.1 to 4.3
