If you’ve just joined us, you’ll need to call us with your opening meter reading before you can use the app. If you're a Max Demand customer (using a high capacity electricity meter), you won't be able to give us meter readings using the app. So give us a call on 0333 202 4586, we’re here Monday to Friday 8am-6pm.
If you’re an Energy Protect customer or a business customer with over 20 sites, we’re sorry, but you won't be able to use this app.
