    Always being fixed ! Well it's certainly not fixed. How about sorting it out once and for all instead of saying " Sorry we are working on it" however never a problem taking money. That part of the App seems to work fine strange that !

    Being able to top up via app is great and more convenient than going to shop. Shame the app cant get balances 99% of the time. Hopefully this can be fixed soon

    Won't accept any metre reading! No it doesn't say error I had this last month and had to call up a man called Scott put a complaint in he said it took my reading but didn't do my bill. I have always paid via the app every 4 weeks and not had any issues till last month I have used the app for 2 and half years. I can't afford to keep calling to get it sorted it will cost to much

    Not very happy; this app would not recognise my account login details and also the website is not very clear either... the options on the Web page don't work due to a technical error and i as a customer can't view my bill. The first thing that a customer wants is transparency as to where the money is going. Sorry, uninstalling the app.

    Had problems the previous app,could never get a balance. New app...first time using it I got a long last. Great I thought,but no ,since then cannot get a balance again. Most frustrating app ever !
