Hofer Photo AppWhen connecting your Android device to an external USB or Bluetooth keyboard a US-English layout may be used as default. Use this app to switch between different keyboard layouts. The app adds to your device a new input method “External Keyboard” that needs to be enabled in the settings. Afterwards you can switch between internal and external keyboard as needed. Please follow the on-screen instructions shown by the app.
The app is compatible with many Android devices and keyboards made by MEDION®. Owners of a MEDION® LIFETAB® S9714 do not need to install the app, because is comes preinstalled. Should the app not work as expected with your MEDION® device or your MEDION® keyboard, please let us know. You can either contact us or write a review including the product information and a short problem desciption.
Please note: The app requires a MEDION® device or a MEDION® keyboard to work properly.

Or anyway to set up your own layouts. This is for a very specific set of people.... only has 10 layouts....

Az app. úgy rossz ahogy van. Helyette az AnySoftKeyboard-ot használom a Mobiwia féle magyar kiegészítéssel, az "Í" és "0" fel van ugyan cserélve de minden egyéb működik helyesen.

I tried it several times with changing the preferences or deinstalling and installing the app again, but it never worked correctly. Then i found another app and it worked immediatelly correctly!!

All the effort has gone into this but unfortunately on a GB keyboard the " and @ are swapped over which is a real pain as these are important. I is also a shame the screen prints are not in English as well.

Eines der wichtigsten Merkmale einer Tastatur ist es, dass alle Zeichen darauf funktionieren (auch Sonderzeichen). Aldi verkauft eine Bluetooth Tastatur P81034 (MD86739). Der Android Treiber für diese Tastatur ist die App "External Keyboard" von Medion
