It allows you to access the Task Manager more easily through the app drawer or the homescreen without having to long-press the home button.

While designed for the S3, this works great on the Galaxy SII also. Works as advertised, no permissions required.

After the upgrade to jellybean on my S2 I lost the ability to access the Task Manager. This restored it. Thank you!
