DESCRIPTION:

In today’s corporate world, most of the meetings involve participants from different parts of the world. This will result in dealing with different time zones. Added to the confusion, we have to deal with DST timing (Day light saving time). This application is developed to make such tasks easy by providing features that are useful to schedule a meeting and send meeting invitation by e-mail.

Features List :

1.Select a tentative date, time and meeting originating city ; this application computes and displays corresponding times for the selected list of cities.

2.If the time is suitable, user can initiate a meeting invite from the phone

3.Mail addresses can be fetched from phone contacts, user can select one or more mail ids and send meeting invite

4.An event can be created in the mobile for the scheduled time (Note : Some handsets may not support this feature – in such case, event creation is skipped)

5.DST (Day light Saving Time) calculations are handled by the application

6.More than 300 cities are included in the application, if any city is missing from the list, user can add the city name through custom city option
