Google Search brings to your Android the Google's search bar
There's no need to open the browser. This app is basically a shortcut to the Google's search bar. Use it by launching the app from the app drawer or place a screenwidget of the search bar in your desktop. You will be able to easily search whatever you want as well as import your Google account search history. What's more, Google Search will use your location (if you allow it) for a more accurate search and to give you suggestions nearby.
Most of devices already include this app by default. But just in case yours doesn't or after a wipe/factory reset, you can download it from here. Must have.
Google Search is one of the starred apps developed by Google Inc., the official Android Market provider, and the responsible of other indispensable Android apps as Google Books, Google Earth, Gmail or Blogger.
* Quickly search the web and your phone or tablet
* Use your voice to search and more
* Get personalized results based on your location
Plus: *Google Now* gets you just the right information at just the right time. It tells you today’s weather before you start your day, how much traffic to expect before you leave for work, and more (Google Now is currently available on Android 4.1, Jelly Bean).
For Android 4.1+ (Jelly Bean):
- Traffic incidents on your route
- Support for cricket
- Set reminders for chains
- "Ok Google" hotword for German and French
I just start here, and it finds about anything I might need from the Internet or my device.
It asks me the same thing as though it can't remember.
I love u sexy
There needs to be an option to make the reminders card permanent. That simple step would allow me to uninstall Any.Do & Cal that are otherwise redundant to Google's offerings. Either that or give Keep some todo notification and calendar integration.
The tracking feature does not work for me. Sometimes I get cards for the teams I like, while other times I do not. Also would like to "re-open" a reminder if it has expired.
Love this and it's' only the beginning!!!!
