Hub for Google TV

Chrome to Phone for your Google TV. But it's a website not a chrome extension.

Here's how it works:
1) Open app and see code unique to your TV
2) Go to http://gtvhub.appspot.com/ on a computer and claim ownership of your TV by entering the code
3) Use http://gtvhub.appspot.com/ from any computer to push links to your TV
