But then I suppose an update happened and now I'm not able to sync my pc and phone together like I used to without running into some random "upload failed" error. If this gets fixed, then it'll get my 5 stars.

I was able to get my phone to connect to Kies Air but the page came up blank. so I switched to my husband's computer and it worked on there until I downloaded Java. When I downloaded Java the page was again blank and when I disabled Java it then started

I was really excited when I saw this app thinking it was made by Samsung and would work perfectly with my tab 2, obviously that was not the case as everytime I try to launch it and I press Start, it crashes and shuts down. What a let down Samsung!

I don't think I've ever actually used it because it won't recognize my phone. It keeps telling my to switch to Kies studio or some such? I don't know what that means. I really just want to update my phone and I can't until I figure out what's going on.
