I have used this app many times in my work to help customers understand the importance of bulb color in the area's where workers will be performing different tasks.

Ultimately the phone light sensor was not meant to be so sensitive it could tell the difference between 1% and 2% light. When measured against a Photographers meter, it is soo inaccurate it isn't remotely funny. So really there is no way to give this app a rating as it ultimately depends on the phone hardware for accurate results. Just the basics, it can tell you if the light is on or off... Sams

It only reads logarithmically from 10 lx, i.e. 10, 100, 1000 lux. Sgs2, any suggestions?

Might not be completely accurate, but it's consistent.
