- mod downloader isnt working properly but should work if you leave it message me with any problems

Explanation of the permissions;
- Internet permision for downloading the reconmended texture packs/ mods
- write to external storage is so that you can save the mods and also downloaded things
- read sync stats is for the gmail for the bug reporter button on the menu
- read phone state i think is uneeded so wil be removed next update
