A Modbus scanner / client for Android. Polls Modbus TCP server at regular intervals.

Uses a modified version of Modbus4J library. The modified source for this library is available in the project source repository at https://launchpad.net/modbusdroid, and the original library is available at http://sourceforge.net/projects/modbus4j

Recently changed in this version

* Added a dedicated landscape layout
* Application no longer disconnects from modbus slave/server when the device changes orientation.
* Input boxes now default to the correct keyboard (i.e. numeric) when entering items - both on main activity screen and on settings screen.
* Misc bugs reported to via the market (thanks for the feedback!)

    I connected very easily to my wireless network. I just needed the ip address of my laptop ModbusTCP simulator and that was it. The fact that it only read one Coil at a time was kinda disappointing but in an overall it worked well. I am using a Samsung Not

    modbus TCP support max 125 byte at a time that why it will give an error if no. of register will be more then 125

    If I try to read up to 124 input registers, it works. When I try 128 registers, it doesn't send data. The server (using libmodbus) returns with 0 bytes received

    Apparently the software it seems tonthink it's going to use the wifi interface. I have a belkin wireless USB to Ethernet interface and the software can't find it. Running on a Toshiba Thrive. These programs should check if there's an eth0 interface availa

    Very interesting,,, be great if a graphical GUI could overlap the registers... Something scadamobile..
