Just swipe the display of SmartWatch,
then the silent mode of your SmartPhone will be changed as the following sequence.
NORMAL > VIBRATE > SILENT > NORMAL
Notice: If you want to mute alarms or another apps sound, you should change the settings of each apps to prioritize silent mode over the apps sound.

With Xperia Z the image on the Smartwatch is too large and it is not possible to see the mode, please fix it.

Its great tools but its would be more awesome if you can add function for Switch on Airplane mode, or NFC, or Bluetooth.
