Just blank blue page. No login option no nothing. Have to go to shop. U would think that company with there money that they have, they would have a working app

I can't even log in using my email address and password. Logged on using the internet and my login works fine!

Keeps saying my email ls invalid...this wasn't a problem until I updated the app. It's a pain as it was handy when it worked :-(

It was good I used it to top up it saved my card number so I didn't have to look for it when the electric went off! Useless now!!

Can't submit meter readings! In the description of the app it clearly states: "Stay on top of meter readings Submit meter readings to avoid estimated bills, and see your meter reading history." Fix ASAP this is the only reason I downloaded the app.
