My EE app is for anyone with a 4GEE plan. If you are on an Orange or T-Mobile plan you are welcome to download this app but need to continue using Your Orange app or My-T-Mobile apps, even if your signal is coming from EE.
*After downloading the app those with a 4GEE plan can sign up online then return to the app to login to see their minutes and texts usage.
*If you have trouble viewing your data usage and are not on WiFi or VPN, then please try again later.

My EE app (patent pending) gives you fast and easy access to all the things you need to know – like your current balance and a breakdown of your recent usage. You can also browse Help topics while you’re out and about. Appy days.
Secure and simple to use, My EE app lets you:
- Check your account’s current balance and any charges outside your plan
- See the amount of your last bill and when your next bill is due
- Check on your data usage, view your remaining allowances and buy add-ons
- View and sort a breakdown of your recent usage
- Monitor the other phone numbers on your account.
Please remember that if you use MY EE app when you’re outside the UK, roaming data charges will apply.
You need at least OS 2.3 for My EE app. To get certain services and update your offline content, you’ll also need a data connection.
If you enter your password incorrectly three times, your My EE account will be suspended for 15 minutes and locked.
You can move this app onto your phone’s SD card to free up space on your phone’s memory.

Horrible data tracking. Today it went from 750mb used to 1.4gb back to 900mb then up to 1.8gb and now says 1.1gb

The app has a problem where it cant get an exact amount of data left and cs cant tell you your data you have left think this needs sorting asap

This app is both inaccurate and unreliable. A service practically dedicated providing internet to phones cannot keep track of how much data I use.
