    Having spoken to O2 about this they said that they have changed their terms and conditions which they can do without telling people. MAYBE THEY SHOULD TELL THEIR AWFUL SALES STAFF. Can't wait to go back to EE (I even left them due to the customer service, but would happily go back any day)

    (Samsung S5) - used to be excellent but latest upgrade does not always allow log in. Tried reinstall no difference. Bring back previous version which was totally reliable

    The last version opened up fast this new version takes about 60 secs so the only difference i can see for this version of an excellent app is a slowing down! Come on O2 get it sorted!

    Not happy. Slow internet messaging updates,phone keeps on conking out, a bit slow getting.on sites,can't add apps,message states no space dissatisfied customer
