The Rogers My Account app is now My Rogers! My Rogers – which is Wi-Fi access compatible – gives you secure access to your Rogers account and services and allows you to:
•Monitor your wireless and home usage
•View your account balance
•Make payments
•Review account details for everyone in your Share Everything™ or Family plan

Plus, if you’re a Rogers First Rewards™ member you can browse the rewards catalogue, view your points balance and redeem the latest points offers.

The My Rogers app is available to Rogers customers with a post-paid account. Unfortunately, Pay As You Go™ and non-consumer accounts are not compatible with this app just yet.

You can now access all your wireless lines and Rogers Hi-Speed Internet usage in the app by adding your account to your log-in. All members of your plan can also access the My Rogers app by creating their own My Rogers log-in and linking their phone number to it.

    Great app with all the information you could want as Rogers Customer. Regrettably the app suffers from more downtime than I would expect from a company large and more importantly as a paying customer.

    This app is down half the time and keeps losing my account info. ROGERS no longer sends text messages when you are approaching your data usage limit and reps insist that you should use this app to monitor your usage. With it only working half the time I keep running into overage charges at the end of my billing cycle. The ROGERS solution to my problem???? Pay them more $$ to avoid the charges. Onc

    50/50 chance the app actually starts. Then another 50/50 chance that the app actually provides the requested usage information. Errors have been happening for the past week.

    Can't log in even after two password resets. Get into the website fine, app says incorrect info. Very frustrating when you're dealing with a family emergency & trying to see usage. *edit turning off wifi let me access. Two of your support reps never suggested that. They need more training
