    Down for maintenance very often. Rarely works and when it does it's marginal at best. Usually redirects to main website... Pretty useless

    First hand billing. Informs you dates an is eazy to read.. updates are same as Rogers so its all perfect results..

    When it worked ...it was slow but usable. Now the app no longer works at all. Expected nothing better from Rogers!

    Every time I try to go into my Rogers account it tells me it is getting updates. This is the worst app ever. Create an app that actually works! Just one more reason to leave Rogers

    I noticed this for the first time yesterday but when I try to sign into the app it tells me that I have to update to Fido my Rogers...or something like that. I tried this even though I do not have Fido.....of course it didn't work for me. I am frustrated because I can't check data usage or get my billing information...I can't get any information.

    What the he'll is going on?? The rogers app is asking me to download the fido app?? And the fido app is asking me to download the rogers app when I have it already. Plus there is no update for it.... fix it rogers
