The Rogers My Account app is now My Rogers! My Rogers – which is Wi-Fi access compatible – gives you secure access to your Rogers account and services and allows you to:
•Monitor your wireless and home usage
•View your account balance
•Make payments
•Review account details for everyone in your Share Everything™ or Family plan

Plus, if you’re a Rogers First Rewards™ member you can browse the rewards catalogue, view your points balance and redeem the latest points offers.

The My Rogers app is available to Rogers customers with a post-paid account. Unfortunately, Pay As You Go™ and non-consumer accounts are not compatible with this app just yet.

You can now access all your wireless lines and Rogers Hi-Speed Internet usage in the app by adding your account to your log-in. All members of your plan can also access the My Rogers app by creating their own My Rogers log-in and linking their phone number to it.

    After the latest update about a month ago, I have not been able to connect to my rogers account through this app. It tries to connect for ~30 seconds and a message pops up unable to connect etc etc maintenance between so and so hours. I'm not trying between those hours and I've tried while connected to WiFi and also LTE with same failed result. Worked perfectly for 3 years until this latest update

    Before the app was intuitive, now the usage stats have been moved to some hidden abstract menu. Please change it back!

    Easy to navigate and a pretty smooth experience overall. I've never had login issues so if you're having trouble logging in, I would suggest that you probably don't know your own login information. I've never needed to pay my bills through the app, so I can't really speak to that. I use it mainly to check my data usage, and I find the layout very easy to understand.
