The app allows you to run a real time health check on your TalkTalk services and troubleshoot any issues.
Simply download the App, enter your My Account email address and password, and you’re ready to get started. If you don’t already have a username and password, register by selecting ‘Register now’ on the login screen, or visit www.talktalk.co.uk/register
If you’ve forgotten your login details, get a reminder or reset your password by visiting www.talktalk.co.uk/access
• View up to 12 months of detailed billing information
• Keep tabs on your spending by checking calls made and TV rentals since your latest bill
• Run a real time health check on your phone, broadband and TV connections
• Troubleshoot to help you diagnose service issues
