Its still really pretty much useless. It still has a bug logging in. Have to close the keyboard, and use a hidden submit button, or it crashes. Still. The widget simply does not update, unless i run the app. There is no account information, no plan information, and i cant select data plans or anything. No profile data or changes. The screens mostly say 'error'. Still. Oh yea... for mobile broadba

The new set up is way easier and clean, yet it still seems to be a work in progress with some glitches. Works for checking your usage and account data, but could use neater GUI, More in depth information(&edited to be correctly displayed in some areas), and always smaller footprints. It is however displayed viewable on all my devices, unlike previous updates. [Devices used] Samsung GS5, Various

Don't understand Why you People "Think"_ Only the Owner or " Account Manager" can or should be able to Access the Account. I am over 55 & Have my Rights. Don't like them Trampled!!!

Can't give 0 stars, so I'll just have to say this app is terrible. I wanted to view my "charges by line" and it can't even do that. "View my bill" only shows the overall charges based on categories like "monthly charges," "additional charges," "gov't surcharges," etc.

First the widget does Not properly implement Promo Data into the equation untill you manually open the Full App... then after an hour... it looses it again and shows an incorrect report. So what needs done is to INCLUDE promotional data INTO the whole equation PRIOR to subtracting each devices individual usage from that and Then... report TOTAL data available and TOTAL used data. Seriously verizon

Seems to be broken. Using a Nexus 7 2013. It lets me check usage once, then the side menu disappears. And the widget never connects, always asks for password even when I select remember password.

This is worthless. It only shows my tablets. I have 4 phones on account. Works great on cell phone. I just did the update and still not working. Not changing my 1 star!
