    Stay in charge of your Proximus account, anytime and anywhere!

    With the MyProximus app, you have an overview of your subscriptions at all times.

    For example, you can:
    • check the status of your monthly mobile data usage, calling minutes and text messages, or how much credit you have left
    • consult your bills and expenses and, if you want, you can also pay your bill via the app
    • check the points balance of your loyalty program and immediately redeem your points for gifts
    • check which rate plan you have and which options you have activated or can still activate
    • top up your Pay&Go card or that of a family member
    • choose your favorite app with which you don't use any data

    Did you know that ...
    • you must be a Proximus customer to use the app
    • you can only consult information about your “mobile” products
    • you must connect to a mobile network at least once a month, either in Belgium or abroad, so the app can identify you and send you information
    • if you use the app abroad, you pay the international rate (except in the EU as of 15 June 2017).

    Beschamende app voor een bedrijf als Proximus. Geeft je enkel updates wanneer je verbonden bent met Proximus. Moeten verwijderen omdat mijn OnePlus3 dagelijks meerdere crashes/reboots had door deze app.

    Badly designed, and provides inaccurate statistics in consumption of mobile data. Contractual allowance is not correct either. Not useful...

    I'm abroad, I don't know if this fact is the reason why the app does not work... even the website is not working... completely useless... and then they will complain because the bills are not paid... what if I do not receive them!?

    Ik kan mijn favoriete app niet veranderen, er staan klokjes ipv bolletjes, daarnaast duurt het minstens een dg vor de up to date usage te hebben

    A shame that the usage statistics can experience delays up to a day, otherwise a great app.
