Mytimestudy app is an intuitive tool for conducting time study created by Industrial engineering professionals with years of experience in time and motion studies. The main purpose of this tool is to make the arduous task of conducting timestudies simpler, quicker and more fun- for less than the price of a burger!
One of the exciting and useful features of the app is EASY UPLOAD to GOOGLE DOCS of your finished time study data with one click. You will need to have a google account to be able to use this feature. NO need for synching your device with PC or emailing your data file back and forth!!
You can conduct two types of timestudies in this app.
1) Discrete timestudy (also referred to as snapback timestudy): In this type of study, individual elements are timed separately.
2) Continuous timestudy: In this type of study, the stopwatch runs continuously until the study is complete. In mytimestudy app, in Continuous Timestudy mode, next element will start when ‘next’ button is pressed. The Continuous Timestudy technique is the preferred technique of labor unions, because the watch runs throughout the study (unlike snapback technique) recording everything, including all foreign elements.
We have attempted to keep the user interface fairly simple and intuitive.
