NOVEC's app allows customers to:

Help NOVEC Operations by taking and sending photos of damage you see on the system such as downed lines (ALWAYS from a safe distance!), graffiti on transformers, or broken streetlights right from your phone.

This free app is intended to provide extra convenience and information to our customers. During extreme weather or emergency situations we encourage customers to utilize all available communication methods to report outages and receive up-to-date restoration information. We also provide local news media with information as well.

* NOTE: To view account information in the mobile app, customers must first register their account at NOVEC.com.

    Seems exactly the same as going to novec.com. They wont show the outage map to mobile users, but that's the way the mobile site was set up.

    Why not have bill paying options? Would've gotten a 5 if that was the case. Other companies do it so I know it can happen.

    Does not work. Account and outage screens are completely blank. Twitter screen displays invalid input error.

    All the comments were negative, so I didn't think it would work. I was wrong, it works great on my lg android phone.

    This APP is a joke. Supposed to make services easier to take care of need. Instead you should just call them.
