During extreme weather or emergency situations we encourage customers to utilize all available communication methods to report outages and receive up-to-date restoration information. We also provide local news media with information as well.

You can now take a photo of a problem on our system such as graffiti on transformers or downed lines and email them directly to NOVEC Operations.

This just loads a blank screen when clicking on my account and outages.Get your developers to fix this. Pointless app.

App locks up and requires a manual kill. Why do companies throw something up and expect it to suffice as a mobile app if it doesn't even work?

We lost our power early during Frankenstorm and I reported the outage with the android app. Novec responded quickly with an email and the report showed up on the outage map. I checked a couple of times for the status and they fixed the outage within two
