Just completed a pop-up survey within the app & told them what a load of garbage this app is - which is just a front of house link to a browser.

I have installed the app and loggers into my account and sent meter readings. The whole thing took about 5 minutes. Using galaxy s2

Worked when I first got it, then for the last few months it hasn't done anything. I've informed npower months ago and nothing has happened. Terrible company.

I only use this for meter readings once a week. The data says it gets sent but is never displayed on the website. And it somehow manages to use 20Mb of mobile data a month to send these few bytes. Samsung galaxy S2.

May be able to and merge reasons but if you want any other details it just sends you to the website where you must log in again

This app deserves and Oscar for how terrible it is. But coming from npower I would expect nothing less. Poor customer service terrible call centre now nasty app well done

Refuses to connect to servers to register account. Tend to have the same problem on the web. Needs to get someone in that knows what they're doing

very poor.once I send the meter readings it resends them at least 12 times to npower within the next few days.pointless

Its been broken since Jan and won't submit my readings to the site. Says it has submitted them and will get a email confirming. No email is received and my readings are not updated on the main site.

1) Other providers have buttons that enable the flash, this would be very useful for reading meters. 2) It's 2013, you should be using Holo now. This app looks and feels old and tacky. 3) Can't see my usage. This would be useful for estimating how much

A triumph of style over content and functionality. Suggest npower have a look at the British Gas app as an example of what is possible and then put this pile of ordure out of it's misery and get someone else to write a worthwhile app for them. Have delete
