NSTools is a system manager app for rooted devices
Well, for rooted devices with specific conditions: it works only on custom kernel with Ezekeel's mod, that's it, some Nexus S and Galaxy S kernels (check developer's description out).
Have you ever wondered what you will be able to do if you were root? This app partly answers that question. NSTools is a superuser system manager. It allows you to adjust tweak parameters, CPU, voltage and some other settings. Do it at your own risk.
From Tweak you can enable fast charge, black light notification, touchwake, led timeout, active IO scheduler. What's more, you can adjust CPU frequency, Live OC values, deep idle among many other options. You can also adjust voltage (we don't recommend it if you don't have a deep knowledge on it). Finally, advanced settings tab from where you can enable "persist settings across reboots", use init.d script and BLN. As you can see the app is for high-profile users: we insist, use it at your own risk.
The app is set in a good-looking layout Holo-like (ICS layout). Highly recommendable for advanced root users.
NSTools need superuser (a.k.a root) and also custom kernel with Ezekeel's mod.
Currently works on:
Nexus S (kernel: GLaDOS, Matr1x, franco, SG-kernel, Eugene, Trinity, Netarchy, Lucid, Air, Lynx, etc.)
Galaxy S (kernel: Glitch v14)
With NSTools you can easily manage these tweaks:
- CPU Governor
- Custom Voltage
- Max/min scaling frequencies
- IO Scheduler
- Fast charge toggle
Your settings will stick on reboot, don't need to edit init scripts.
If something bad happenned and you want to reset NSTools settings, visit my thread on XDA to get reset_nstools.zip
Please don't report/complain bug on comments, because I can't reply your comments. Send me an email or visit NSTools thread on XDA

Very useful on custom ROM like CM9
Call log reading for what?
a must have for all forum devs lover:)
No governor available... working great with antutu cpu master
Why does this app need to read my call log? Like the app but it does not need that permission. Un install
