Description
NTPSync is a simple NTP time synchronization app for Android.
Requirements
To set system time to NTP time you need root access on your device, to just query the time you don't.

This app set the time on my Xperia j to january 1980 and almost caused a disastrous crash. It wrote some stupid xml file to my external sd which stopped it from booting. Bah.

Downloaded this for a Samsung Galaxy 2 Tab but it eould never sync the clock. Submitted an email to dev but never heard a word nor did I see any response on the trouble ticket list. Removed app after a couple of weeks.
