    Still cumbersome to enter report, too many steps. And why does every report requires media included? A non working street light is pretty self explanatory.

    The force GPS function needs to be disabled. I traveled out of the area I filed a report on and it wouldn't allow me to change my location even after entering an address. Also seems like nome of the issues are ever resolved or followed up on. There nee

    I have 7 items I have reported and none have been fixed. 2 are over 6 months old. Don't waste your time, just call it in or use the online form at the city of omaha website.
