I like the ability to submit a report about potholes and graffiti but they sure made an awkward app to do it. First, there's an annoying pop-up notifying me that my GPS is off and forces me to enter the "settings" part of my phone. I know my GPS is off, t

I have 7 items I have reported and none have been fixed. 2 are over 6 months old. Don't waste your time, just call it in or use the online form at the city of omaha website.

For a consulting firm that has done these apps for many cities, it is sad to see how under tested and unpolished it is. Plenty of good developers here in Omaha, I don't see why the city outsourced this.

I have reported 3 different items and none of them were resolved. It showed as in progress. This app is a waste of time and money.

Since I've installed this (twice, once on a iPhone, once on an Android), I've submitted perhaps 3 problems in my local area, and within 48 hours, the issues were resolved, but the tickets not closed. So far, the app is 100% successful for what was intend

Great app for Omaha for citizens. However app crashes a lot on everything. Please fix!
