    I have 7 items I have reported and none have been fixed. 2 are over 6 months old. Don't waste your time, just call it in or use the online form at the city of omaha website.

    Love the fact you dont have to call and bug them or wait on hold and you can see the progress level of your report. Plus you can view if someone has already reported and vote it up so its not being reported multiple times again wasting employees time. Great App.

    Still cumbersome to enter report, too many steps. And why does every report requires media included? A non working street light is pretty self explanatory.

    The force GPS function needs to be disabled. I traveled out of the area I filed a report on and it wouldn't allow me to change my location even after entering an address. Also seems like nome of the issues are ever resolved or followed up on. There needs to be some follow up as in resolved, no action taken at this time (why? ) , or a simple continuing to monitor etc. You are asking for us to c
