This is a modification to OMRON SOFTWARE Co., Ltd.'s OpenWnn Japanese IME (日本語 入力 IME) software, the source code of which is available in the official Android repository.
Features:
● Has landscape mode (including support for hardware keyboards).
● Very close adaption to the Android 2.3 Gingerbread keyboard theme.
Unlike many OpenWnn modifications this does NOT require permission for internet access.

I dont know how to open it to use it for like text messages. Help would be nice.

Nice but needs Flick support and if there is a setting to force the English keyboard in full will be great.

Very clear first impression
Flick support (hanabi?) is missing but I think I can go back to multiple taps for eg. "お".
