A free simple widget(1x1) to change the ringer mode to Normal, Silent and Vibrate mode in one-click and also you can switch on/off your WiFi. This widget is without ads and its absolutely free.

Doesn't even show up in any of the widgets normal places! I wouldn't recommend it.
