    Rogers should update their app or just function in general so customers can really MANAGE their data usage. I was told I could manage my data usage per device in a share everything plan. Turns out the only way to manage it is to look at the data usage that I've used and then if I'm about to use up the data, I would have to physically turn off that device. If I go over....that's just too bad... Wh

    Please add the decimal point to the keyboard at the payment section. Without the decimal point, the payment feature in the app is useless!!

    Absolute rubbish. Hasnt worked since signing up with Tickets for HS iNet & TV, despite discussing for an hour with Manager. How do such incompetent operators we'd up making their boss a billionaire? It's outrageous fraud - they should be shut down until corrected.

    Unable to sign in any way possible just keeps telling that the service is down for maintenance any time of day. Utterly useless crap don't know what my money I pay them goes towards other that lining Rogers pockets.

    Total crap.....considering that rogers has millions of customers paying a monthly bill. .....they could at least make sure that the customers are getting good treatment for being with them
