Considering how long I let it go without taking action it did help a little bit, if I only had done it sooner...now I know. ;)

Can't help my Moto X burn in, but I would use this on a new AMOLED phone to prevent the burn in from taking hold.

Good but need to run for 10 hours

I'd say that this app helps with screen burn quite well. Now some screen burn on my poor S2 is so bad that there really isn't a whole lot you can do about it. This isn't the fault of the app or developer, just something to keep in mind. One benefit that this app has is that there are no advertisements or intrusive permissions!

Severe burn in can not be fixed so don't complain if your Samsung phone has issues. My gnex has bad burn in and it always will. HOWEVER from now on any new phone I have will also have this app and I will run it for a couple of hours every couple of days. It will PREVENT burn in. Burn in is almost inevitable since android has icons in the same place all the time and many phones never hide those

After running the app all night I didn't notice any difference. It did get stuck on one color many times during the night so I have no idea how long it was actually cycling through the four colors. But I'll keep it running today just for the fun of it. I'll turn the brightness up all the way to see if that makes a difference.

This app, despite what others have said actually does work... Or at least diminish the effect of a burn in on an amoled or a super amoled display (yes I know that the Nexus 7, the device I am sending this review in from is an IPS display but I also have GS3 that has some screen burn in so don't accuse me of anything

I'm sooo happy its all go off my screen it use to have the Samsung Galaxy tab.2 logo on it and now its gone

Honestly I don't know how this app has so many good ratings, this does not work, it makes it worse. The only possible way of fixing this is by replacing either the phone or the screen, there's no "magical" app which removes the burned images.

Totally worthless and useless! Doesn't work to any degree!
by Roberto Rom on 01/04/2014
It completely erased those burnt marks. Theres hardly a line noticable but you can barely see it.

This app really needs to have a timer (auto off) function built -in. That way, I could start it when I go to bed, knowing that it will turn off after 30 minutes and the screen will go to sleep.
