While TrueCrypt is my personal choice, it is not available on Android. SecretVaultpro provides 2nd best alternative to safe keep your office's documents, price list and other sensitive files. It is also a Password Manager and an Encrypted Notepad encrypted with military grade AES algorithm.
SecretVaultpro create an encrypted file and mount as a folder in your "/sdcard" folder. You can move sensitive docs, photos to SecretVaultpro folders/subfolders with your favorite file manager. SecretVaultpro unmount itself as a single encrypted file when you closed it.

Improved Password Manager and Encrypted Notepad. Ability to export passwords and notes to Xml file. Ability to send password and notes to Email, Evernote and other applications.
GUI improvement for ICS and service updates.
The latest version is 2.9 c57, cipher update from c56 to support JellyBean.

Container opened empty on my nexus 7. All my data was just gone. Some file I/o naming errors cause this error and you'll lose your files. Nice idea but implementation and resource control is flawed. Maybe wait for Dev to fix this junk.

I only miss the auto-close-the-vault-after-xxx-minutes feature. Otherwise it's the best.

This is an app ideal for saving any kind of file. I was looking around and just found apps for saving texts, images, etc. This saves any sort of data and works great, also is very stable

Takes forever
I was looking for something similar to FreeOtfe4PDA. This thing is ridiculous. Every time you open/close the "vault" you need to go thru the whole encryption/decryption process and takes forever. Maybe it works for small files like text but

drkdvh - read up on some crypto, encryption isn't like the speed of light, mobile phone power is limited. Otherwise, its a good beginning program.
