Shake 'n Rotate let you enable/disable auto-rotation of your android device by simply shaking your mobile phone.

+ The donate button will disappear if you buy the donate version
+ Added 1.5sec of delay between one toggle and the next one
+ The app will toggle the auto-rotation only if the display is on.

Four stars because it needs better optimization for battery usage. Other than that it's great. Author should have this patented before someone else does.

i've tried many screen rotation control apps that were more complicated than doing it manually in phone setting. I ended up uninstalled all of them. Shake n'rotate is so easy to use, shake when u want screen to rotate, and shake again to lock, exactl

Good app, but it drains the battery. Another weird feature is that it unlocks/locks when the screen is off. So, you can expect some vibration notifications from the app while you're waking around.

App works perfectly, save for the issues noted by others about off screen activity, this leads to constant CPU usage, i.e. the phone never sleeps. Fix that and 5 stars.

The developer listened to the comments and came out with an update that prevents toggling when screen is off. However, on my nexus 4 even when the screen is off it still toggles!

However the app should not work when the screen is off. I find it very annoying to walk around with the phone in my pocket and have it vibrating (to notify the rotation is locked/unlocked) every few steps. The functionality should be disabled when the scr
