Having issues recognizing cell towers again when I come into an area. I have reset it multiple times and sometimes it fixes the issue but it seems like it is only temporary

It works well but lately I have been noticing that out isn't turning off the wifi as much as it used to and sometimes it keeps turning it on and off whenever the phone comes out of sleep and is still connected to wifi. Other than that I really like the a
