Provides a convenient way to monitor news that may affect your service such as rate changes, outage information and upcoming events.

Displays service interruption and outage information. You can also report an outage directly to your service provider.

Displays facility and payment dropbox locations on a map interface.

My electric company just started to use Smart Hub. While I love the web interface, this app has crashed as soon as I try to launch. This is a persistent problem--it's been over a month now. On Razr Maxx running ICS and Jelly Bean.

I am in a metro area, population of 225,000; there isn't one single provider that the program is set up with. It shouldn't be my/our job to do the work for them - it asks me to enter contact info for my local providers.
