The SP Services Mobile App is a one-stop application that gives you access to a host of functionalities on the go. It allows you view your outstanding bills and payment status, gain better understanding of your utilities usage, submit meter readings and much more.

About SP Services
SP Services provides every household and business in Singapore with a convenient and efficient one-stop service for electricity, water and piped gas supplies.

As the Market Support Services Licensee in the deregulated electricity market in Singapore, SP Services provides meter reading, data management and billing services. It also processes consumer registration and transfers for electricity retailers. This plays a key role in facilitating competition and consumer choice in the retail market by enabling consumers to switch seamlessly between retailers, and to buy electricity at wholesale market prices.

SP Services also provides metering, billing, payment collection, and customer service on behalf of other utility service providers, including PUB for water charges, City Gas for gas charges, and refuse collection companies for refuse removal fees.

    I like the part where you can gauge your usage and compare against your neighbors, as well as the amount saved from previous months. The performance could be improve though, like allow canceling download if the document is large. Good job!

    I strongly urged SP to consider reviewing the feedback and think about upgrading the app features as time goes by to encourage more active users. One such area could be including more options for electricity consumption scenarios such as TV, fans, dryers, and common hobbies such as aquarium to give us a more accurate usage cost and pattern.

    This app makes for a great incentive for users to save electricity. The app not remember passwords, however, makes its usefulness rather difficult. This has the potential to be an excellent app for Singaporeans looking past its drawbacks.
