This app allows users to connect to Microsoft SQL Server Instances and run diagnostic reports against them. The app is compatible with SQL Server 2012, SQL Server 2008 R2, SQL Server 2008 and SQL Server 2005.
This app is intended to be a tool for DBAs who want to keep an eye on server performance on the run.

Requirements:
The login will require read access to the system DMVs as well as stored procedures execute permission on the master and msdb databases.

    Works great so far. Would like the ability to save profiles by server only, instead of server+database. I have dozens of databases spread across many servers, so setting up profiles for all of them is not feasible.
