The «My account app» allows you to receive an overview of your invoices and costs while also being able to directly manage your products. Stay informed even when you are on the go!

Note: The app is available to Sunrise private customers and small companies from Business Sunrise.

Range of features:
- Product overview with rate and contract details
- Manage options
- Invoice overview with payment status and PDF view
- Overview of costs since the last invoice
- Current prepaid credit and loading options
- Included services available
- Customer address
- Designate favorites
- Links (e.g. on Sunrise Roaming Cockpit)

Login
In order to access your personal data, log in using the following information:
- Sunrise mobile, landline, or customer number
- Password
If you do not know the password, request it at sunrise.ch/myaccount or directly through the app.

Rates
- Using Sunrise My account is free of charge.
- The app's data traffic, over the mobile network in particular, is billed in accordance with the applicable connection rates of your mobile service provider or your Wi-Fi network.
- Using the application abroad will result in additional costs due to roaming.

    Schlechtes GUI, unresponsive und einfach schlecht.... Schade.. Nicht mal das Passwort speichert es bei mir...

    Wer hat zu idee gekomen vor den tel.nummer noch buchstabe "a"zu eintragen! Das get nicht dort in den feld kann mann NUR nummern eintragen!mit dem smart phone das get nicht!ich werde es deinstalieren mussen weil ich möchte meine konto interwegs kontrolieren und nicht ueber laptop zu hause schauen! Sunrise BITTE SOFORT ÄNDERN!

    Renders a few useful informations, but lacks the really important functionality like e.g. recharge a prepaid account.

    Bad app crash a lot the designe is very old fashion and not user friendly at all. It s very slow and the network call are probably done a bad way or the web services are developed like sh... Please guys give your app development to a serious conpany I'm a newby on android dev but I have done a smoother and better looking app in my first week of learning!

    It lacks many features (recharge prepay), also deactivating the surf option will deactivate it directly, even if you receive a confirmation that it won't be renewed only when the amount of MB is used. I lost my internet data and all my credit thanks to this bad service. Buy M - budget mobile instead. Sunrise never again.
