Simply download the app, enter your My Account details and you’re ready to go! To set up My Account, tap the Register button in the login screen after installing the app or alternatively visit telstra.com/myaccount from a PC.
Please note, Business account information is not currently available through My Account and therefore cannot be viewed in this app.
Once you’ve set up your My Account profile, the app will allow you to:
• View your current and past bill summaries
• Click through to pay your bills
• Keep tabs on your estimated usage on post-paid mobile service, selected BigPond® broadband plans and Telstra home phone services.
• View estimated usage for your Pre-Paid and post-paid mobile services directly from the homescreen with our new Widget.
If you’ve got a Telstra Pre-Paid mobile service, the app will allow you to:
• Check your balance
• Recharge your service
• Purchase a Plus Pack
Keep track of your estimated mobile usage directly from your home screen with our new Widget for Pre-paid and Post-paid mobile services. If you are unsure how to add the Widgets to your homescreen visit our dedicated CrowdSupport Forum topic at http://tel.st/kvNUE.
Whatever services you have with Telstra, you can also use the app to:

• Fixed the issue where Google Play was showing permission "Read call logs" which is not utilised by the app

This tool is great, I just wish it was possible to somehow retrieve usage info from behind a wifi. This was the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5

Doesn't seem to work anymore won't load anymore.please fix.Additional note Ijust uninstalled this app and then reinstalled and that actually seemed to fix the loading issue.Thankyou for your reply and I love using this app have changed to five stars.

Great to see updates coming through. One suggestion with the widget - could do with resizing options. I have a 5x5 grid pattern and standard widget cuts off figures. Forced resizing gets full view but takes up a lot of room
