    I downloaded this app, my account services work fine on the internet website but when I try to login with this app. It fails to login. I would not recommend to anyone.

    Takes between 30 seconds to a minute to open, then the same again with each tab I click, so it takes about 4 minutes to add a plus pack. I'm not sure why it takes so long to load the small amount of data it uses. It's faster to log in to my account using the browser.

    Needs alot more work, tells me my bill is overdue the day I get it. No way to view bills and shows my account 3 times (have uninstalled and reinstalled) a company of your size should have these issues sorted before it's realeased to customers.

    Worked fine initially but since about a week ago I get an error message. Other Telstra users that I know have suddenly got the same problem. Please fix it.

    Not sure if it's the app or Telstra's back end systems but this app can't detect my services, doesn't detect my bill and doesn't detect my account, even though when I add my account details I'm informed that the account is already linked. Pretty poor Telstra.....maybe some decent IT systems should go on your Xmas wishlist.

    Been using the app for ages and its ok if you need to track usage and you phone won't do that for you but it just dosnt keep track of account ballance and billing like other telcos apps do, I have had it report and overdue balance for months on end now even with the account paid and in credit the whole time, one more thing for telstra's 101 thing to fix list

    This app would have been great but it's useless to me because it's missing one important thing. A check/saving account payment option. That option is unavailable on the app which means there is no point for me to use the app. I have to go on the website to use that payment option. Telstra, consider updating the app with the alternative payment option.
