    They just announced a fix to an area where I posted an issue and its better. No more drops. Amazing that we even find that surprising. Good riddance Rogers. Hello TELUS.

    All input is manual. The pcation identifier is poor and always has to be manually set. Theres no option to report text issues, or others. The UI is pretty, but awkward.

    the app allows reports of all types to the carrier. im not sure how well telus is going to follow up on it, but the app is a quick easy way to report problems

    Telus won't have a choice but to see that I'm physically in Ontario when I'm hitting the Quebec towers resulting in my getting long distance charges when it should be local call. Had the same issue with Rogers.
