The ultimate backup/restore app for root users
If you are root user and need to have total control over your backup and restores, then Titanium Backup is a must-have app. It allows you to first, manage apps (stop, freeze, uninstall them), create backups for both apps and app data and schedule those backups on a regular basis. You can even backup different version of apps (Pro version) and keep them all safe in your favorite cloud service.
The good point about Titanium Backup Root is that it empowers users to customize the backups at their own whim. It's versatile and complete and connected to 3rd party services like Dropbox.
The stark design doesn't hurt anyone but it's still a point to be enhanced. In addition, the Lite version is too limited.

Couldn't be better
I've been using Titanium Backup (and the PRO key) for a few months now. The amount of control you get over your apps using Titanium is incredible, and I find I can manage just about everything app related using it. That said, there are a few gripes when converting apps to system. If it's something that was built into the GAAPS file and you try to integrate an update, the phone's as good as softbri
Very good app. Helped me remove samuel sung's bloating apps.
I would consider myself a power user. I flash custom firmware to my phone all the time. This app has everything you need to back everything up, but it takes forever to sift through the awful mess of checkboxes and toggles all throughout the app. I'm glad I spent my money on this app, I just wish the developers would take a little time to redesign this app to be more understandable.
