I uninstalled this update. The toolbar thingy was intrusive and took up way too much screen space. I could never figure out how to disable it as the settings and controls are not intuitive or even remotely logical.

The My Account app used to be easy to use and useful in a pinch when I needed to pay my bill. Now it's not only slow, but asks me for more information. If I wanted to log in, I'd do it on my computer. I hope whoever made this app loses their job simply

I have an outdated phone and the my account before the update ran like crap, now its worse... Way to go Tmobile you definitely know how to push your customers away!

Im trying to pay my monthly bill and it is not allowing me the other version was giving me my minutes info in real time and now I have an emergency and I didnt realize that I was running out of minutes and to top it all of I cannot do my payment for addin
