TorrentToise
TorrentToise is a remote app for your torrent client. Fully control your Transmission, µTorrent, rTorrent or BitTorrent 7 client directly from your device.
Feature list:

Recently changed in this version:
- Allow filtering by tracker (with Transmission and rTorrent)
- Fixed slow loading with uTorrent if a lot of torrents were added. This unfortunately means that tracker filtering will not be available.

Fantastic
The best remote torrent manager available on Android and a very responsive and supportive dev who listens to his users feature suggestions. Well worth the few bucks to support future development.
