Ultraviewer shows content of files that are currently not viewable on your device because there's no matching viewer installed.
Your are customer of one of these Cloud Providers (e.g. Google Drive, Dropbox, Wuala, ...)? You must know this problem then. Select a file in on of their apps. After download has finished you will see an error message similar to the following one: "There's no viewer installed for this type of file".
Ultraviewer registers as a viewer und will show the content of these files.
