Works like a champ. The Droid Dev was quick to respond to a feature request, then implemented it. I have used this on my GS3 with no issues at all.

Also, any change in phone orientation while on map mode will reset the map to global view.

Nice little app, but could definitely use some tweaks. Nobody, and I mean nobody, ever uses elevation data in terms of miles. Need to allow for better tweaking of units and measurement. Would be nice if it supported ESRI shapefiles. And definitely need to

It's ok on its own in the foreground. But doesn't seem to work in the background at all when using any other GPS navigation app? Pity, would've been very useful. Desire 2.2

I use this app all the time to mark fishing spots or any other spot for that matter. You can even key in coordinates. I tried several apps in this was the best.

Lets say you want to leave your hotel in the middle of Nepal, simply set up a home waypoint, start exploring and setting up way points along the route then when you want to come back just select home. Install the radar extension. Its a must have. This app
