it worked perfectly on nexus s, 4.2.1, now I installed it on my new nexus4, 4.2.2, and while it connects ok, the "adb shell" returns "device offline". Can this be fixed, or is there a workaround? EDIT: I solved the problem, I had to run the adb at least
