Once your minicab is booked, you will receive a confirmation email and text message containing a job number - this job number guarantees that your vehicle will be sent as requested. If for any reason you do not receive a confirmation message, please rebook your car.
As soon as your driver is on their way we will send you a text message containing the car details and drivers mobile number. If required, call the driver directly to find out where they are.
