Once your minicab is booked, you will receive a confirmation email and text message containing a job number - this job number guarantees that your vehicle will be sent as requested. If for any reason you do not receive a confirmation message, please rebook your car.

There doesn't appear to be a way to link this with online account. Also, it's annoying to have to re enter credit card details each time.

Got a mini cab from Addison Lee. Was very disappointed with the service. Unprofessional driver. He didn't know where he was going and he could hardly speak English. I will stick to using black taxis. They provide a far better services and they are cheaper

I dont know why those guys are complaining addison is cheaper then mini cabs and the service is excellent luxury galaxy and proffesinalism by driver i will always use them. The can find me where ever i am. Very useful for those nights of drinking and u bo

Loved this app on my old iPhone, decent if pricy mini cab service, booked with a few clicks. Sadly this android version is poor. The lack of car tracking maps is poor, but the fact it asks you to type in your full name and credit cards, details every time
