Hi Bus Pro is the ad free/donate version of Hi Bus which is the one time price of a child's bus fare.

Hi Bus takes advantage of HEA* (Honolulu Estimated Arrival) from OTS* (Oahu Transit Services) for TheBus Honolulu. This allows for real time bus location and accurate bus arrival time.
** I DO NOT work for TheBus. I am an individual college student who uses the bus for transportation and had an idea to make real time bus arrival information available at every riders fingertips.
** Please note that I have no control over the information that is displayed to you. I am only the guy who displays it. I CAN NOT help you if something is wrong with the information (Example: My bus never came, the estimated time was wrong, etc). I CAN help you if there is an issue with the application itself (Example: The app just crashed, the display isn't showing correctly, I got a force close message, etc).
PERMISSIONS:
INTERNET - For retrieving bus information
NETWORK STATE - For checking if you have an internet connection
Fine Location - For finding your location when you want to use GPS
Coarse Location - For when you just want to use the network to find your location

I love this app. It works excellent for me and never let's me down. Very excellent and handy. Pretty accurate with the thebus' e.t.a.- definately will recommend this app.

People who are rating low for outages. You guys need to read the description. The guy isn't responsible for the data. If the data isn't working. It's TheBus fault. He is only trying to display that information

System seems to always be down when i need it the most, fix plz. Other wise its a good and handy app. Except for it being down a lot....

Soon as I paid for this the whole system clamps up. The website, too! All good when I wasn't paying anything! Right when I needed it the most, too!

First time riding bus ever since I transferred to manoa and it has really helped me understand the bus route system and lets me know a more accurate time than the default time. Upset that State of Hawaii only made an iOS version. With some more tweaks I

Used every day while on vacation on Oahu. Very helpful and accurate with stop locations and bus ETA's. Would be perfect if it automatically integrated with Google Maps to track location while on bus.

Looks to stay ontop of the information well enough. Id really like to see integration with Google Transit to get directions as well as finding the stop info.
