    The app works as expected to find routes, but it crashes every once in a while. The JR Pass search doesn't seem to work at all so you still have to uncheck the proper boxes in the detailed search. I would first try other free apps on the marketplace before spending 3 on this one.

    The only improvement I would suggest is would to include the direction one should be heading towards if you aren't going to include the train and station schedules in the mobile version, otherwise perfect

    Needs to allow for various spellings. Unless you can guess the correct one you're out of luck.

    I purchased te coupon for the railpass search function and the payment went through but the coupon didn't. I still can't access the railpass search function and the English instructions on that page don't make any sense. I expected higher quality from such a large/well respected company

    Might be a good app, but it's pretty inconvenient now. There's no spell checker, so unless you write the exact station name it won't find anything. And Japanese station spells may be very tricky. Sad, cause interface is quite OK. But not practical now. Better use Japan Trains.
