I donated some money to get NFC feature. However every time I checked my balance using NFC. I am told to donate again. What the hell is going on?

Great clean app, the widget is great too as well as being able to quickly switch between cards I simply can't fault this. Support is very quick & helpful too.

I purchased this app as it seemed useful but it has displayed the same balance on my oyster card since I purchased the app a few weeks ago. It says it can take a few hours to display an accurate oyster balance but this is ridiculous, NFC feature and manua
